1. Load Brand Asset (CAD) ?

Step 1: Brand Asset Setup

Goal: Import your 3D signage graphic model into the visualizer workspace.

Instructions:

Click Choose Files or drag-and-drop your 3D CAD files (.stl, .obj, .glb).
Multi-material or GLTF files auto-extract color/mesh layers for accurate specs.

Pro Tip: Re-uploading a new 3D model later allows you to perform instant Asset Swaps on all placed signs!

2. Load Location Photo ?

Step 2: Location Photo Setup

Goal: Set the background site photo where signage will be mounted.

Instructions:

Click to browse or drag & drop an elevation/building photo directly onto the viewport.
You can also paste images directly from your clipboard using Ctrl+V / Cmd+V.

Pro Tip: High-resolution or architectural elevation photos yield the cleanest composite results.

Scale Calibration

Step 3: Scale Calibration

Goal: Calibrate real-world physical dimensions against photo pixels.

Instructions:

Click Set Reference Scale and draw a line over a known feature (e.g., door height, wall width).
Enter the real dimension in inches when prompted.
If moderate perspective distortion exists, click Set 2nd Axis Scale for dual-axis ground-truth locking.

Pro Tip: Precise scaling guarantees accurate square footage, sign width, and height calculations in detail callouts.

Standard: Works great for straight & slight perspective photo.

Step 4: Perspective Alignment

Goal: Align 3D camera angles and rotation with the plane of the wall or fascia.

Instructions:

Click Define Elevation Area and click 4 corners on the photo defining a wall rectangle (Top-Left, Top-Right, Bottom-Right, Bottom-Left).
For flat straight-on photos, click Straight On to lock 2D orientation automatically.

Pro Tip: Drag corner handles anytime to adjust wall angles; all placed signs will orient in real-time.

Sign Placement

Step 5: Sign Placement & Transforms

Goal: Drop and position 3D signage objects onto the perspective plane.

Instructions:

Click 5. ➕ Place Sign and click anywhere on the location photo.
Specify sign target Height, Width, Depth, or Pole/Post dimensions.
Use the 3D Transform Graphic (Gizmo) or keyboard Arrow Keys to move, rotate, or fine-tune positioning.
Click Confirm & Lock Sign when done.

Pro Tip: Hold Shift while pressing Arrow Keys or using Gizmo controls for 10x speed adjustment.

6. Annotations & Detail Tools

Step 6: Annotations & Presentation Export

Goal: Add technical callouts, color swatches, notes, and export presentation proofs.

Instructions:

Detail Window: Drops an orthographic schematic showing sub-cabinets, SQFT breakdown, and extracted color swatches.
Import Additional Image / Notes / Scale Key: Add extra graphics or dimension keys onto the canvas.
Presentation & Export: Toggle Night/Day lighting, load custom SVG borders, and export High-Res PDFs or images to clipboard.

Pro Tip: Use "Copy AI Video Prompt" to generate complete prompt metadata for 3D fly-around video generation!

Show Presentation Border Custom SVG Template:

Use {CLIENT}, {ESTIMATE}, etc. Draw a rect with id="render_window" for the photo.
